Jokinen v. State

PER CURIAM. The plea herein having been based upon a failure of communication or misunderstanding, it was involuntary. See Ryals v. State, 516 So.2d 1092, 1093 (Fla. 5th DCA 1987). Accordingly, we reverse and remand for trial upon the merits. GLICKSTEIN, C.J., and DELL and POLEN, JJ., concur.
