ROBERTSON, Judge. This appeal is from a June 27, 1990, denial of a petition to set aside two adoptions which were granted June 22, 1984. Section 26-10-5(c), Code 1975, prohibits a decree of adoption from being set aside after the lapse of five years. K.D.P. v. F.A., 571 So.2d 1171 (Ala.Civ.App.1990). Therefore, on authority of K.D.P. v. F.A., this appeal, being moot, is dismissed. APPEAL DISMISSED. RUSSELL, J., concurs. INGRAM, P.J., not sitting.
