This case was consolidated for trial and appeal with Clark v. Durbin, 590 So.2d 633 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1991), also decided on this date. For the reasons assigned in the cited case, the judgment appealed from is affirmed at appellants’ cost.
AFFIRMED.
