Jackson v. State

PER CURIAM. We reverse the departure sentence imposed upon Willie Charles Jackson. Sophistication and professionalism in narcotics transactions are no longer permissible grounds for exceeding sentencing within the recommended range. Hernandez v. State, 575 So.2d 640 (Fla.1991); State v. Fletcher, 530 So.2d 296 (Fla.1988). Accordingly, this case is remanded for resentencing within the guidelines.
