Mack v. State

PER CURIAM. This is the companion ease to Moreland v. State, 552 So.2d 937 (Fla. 2d DCA 1989), review denied, 562 So.2d 346 (Fla.1990). We affirm the appellant’s final judgment and sentence on the basis of Moreland. AFFIRMED. CAMPBELL, A.C.J., and HALL and PATTERSON, JJ., concur.
