Hilburn v. City of Gardendale

AFTER REMAND FROM ALABAMA SUPREME COURT McMILLAN, Judge. Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court decision in Ex parte Hilburn, 591 So.2d 8 (Ala.1991), this cause is remanded to the circuit court for reinstatement of the judgment imposed in the municipal court. REVERSED AND REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS. All Judges concur.
