Perkins v. State

PER CURIAM. We affirm appellant’s convictions, but reverse the three year mandatory minimum sentence under section 775.087(2), Florida Statutes (1989). The mandatory minimum sentences provided for in section 775.087(2) can be applied only to the offenses specifically enumerated therein. See e.g., Kennedy v. State, 564 So.2d 1127 (Fla. 1st DCA 1990); Simmons v. State, 457 So.2d 534 (Fla. 2d DCA 1984). DELL, GARRETT and FARMER, JJ., concur.
