AFTER REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA TAYLOR, Judge. In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Mathis, 594 So.2d 692 (1991), this cause is remanded to the Circuit Court for Lee County for proceedings not inconsistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion. REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS. All the Judges concur.
