YELVERTON, Judge. For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Hayes v. Parkem Industrial Services, Inc., 598 So.2d 1194 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1992), our docket No. 90-1224, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. AFFIRMED.
