Hampton v. State

PER CURIAM. In Hampton v. State, 596 So.2d 682 (Fla. 4th DCA 1992), this court instructed appellant on the briefing schedule for this appeal from denial of a rule 3.800(a) post-conviction relief motion. Appellant did not file his initial brief, or respond to a subsequent show cause order. DISMISSED, for failure to prosecute. DELL, POLEN and FARMER, JJ., concur.
