CITY OF MIAMI v. Amos BROOKS

PER CURIAM. We reverse the order on appeal for the reasons expressed in our opinion in City of Miami v. Jones, 593 So.2d 544 (Fla. 1st DCA 1992). This matter is remanded to the lower tribunal for further proceedings consistent with this opinion. JOANOS, C.J., and SMITH and ZEHMER, JJ., concur.
