[1034] AFTER REMAND FROM SUPREME COURT ROBERTSON, Presiding Judge. The prior judgment of this court has been affirmed in part, reversed in part, and remanded to this court for further proceedings by the Supreme Court of Alabama. 603 So.2d 1030 (Ala.1992). On remand, this court’s award of $7,500 in favor of the Scotts is hereby set aside, and these appeals are dismissed. APPEALS DISMISSED. THIGPEN and RUSSELL, JJ., concur.
