PER CURIAM. We elect to treat appellee’s motion for remand as a confession of error. This cause is reversed and remanded for further proceedings pursuant to Yunker v. University of Florida, 602 So.2d 557 (Fla. 1st DCA 1992). MINER, WOLF and WEBSTER, JJ., concur.
