Pierce v. State

AFTER REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT McMillan, judge. Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s holding in Ex parte Pierce, 608 So.2d 336 (Ala.1992), this conviction is reversed and the cause remanded for a new trial on the authority of Ex parte Washington, 562 So.2d 1304 (Ala.1990). REVERSED AND REMANDED. All Judges concur.
