State v. Greisdorf

AMENDED OPINION ON MOTION FOR REHEARING PER CURIAM. By our Opinion on Motion for Rehearing of October 27, 1991, we denied rehearing but granted a stay of the mandate pending a decision in Scates v. State, 603 So.2d 504 (Fla.1992). The opinion in that case having now been issued, we grant rehearing in the present case, recall our original opinion of August 28, 1991, 587 So.2d 1153, and affirm the sentencing order rendered by the lower tribunal. ANSTEAD, HERSEY and WARNER, JJ., concur.
