AFFIRMED on the authority of Venetian Salami Co. v. J.S. Parthenais, 554 So.2d 499 (Fla.1989); Zneimer v. Zinn, 483 So.2d 879 (Fla. 3d DCA 1986); Guritz v. American Motivate, Inc., 386 So.2d 60 (Fla. 2d DCA 1980). Fred Warrington has not filed a brief in this appeal and therefore we dismiss the notice of appeal as to him.
