Springhill Insurance Company, Inc. v. Patty L. Roberts.
ADAMS, Justice.
The judgment of the trial court is reversed and this cause is remanded for further proceedings consistent with Roberts v. M & R Properties, Inc., 612 So.2d 432 (Ala.1992).
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
