STATE of Florida v. Rickey Faye SANDERSON
PER CURIAM.
We deny the petition for writ of certiorari. In so doing, we acknowledge conflict with Savory v. State, 600 So.2d 1 (Fla. 4th DCA 1992) and Smith v. State, 589 So.2d 387 (Fla. 1st DCA 1991).
