Ricks v. State

PER CURIAM. Jimmy Ricks was convicted of one count of possession of cocaine and one count of delivery of cocaine and was sentenced as a habitual offender. We affirm Ricks’s convictions, but reverse his sentences. See Walker v. State, 462 So.2d 452 (Fla.1985). On remand, the trial court may resentence Ricks as a habitual offender upon making the record findings required by section 775.084, Florida Statutes (1989). REVERSED and REMANDED.
