Commercial Union v. Boothe

KNOLL, Judge. For the reasons stated in the companion case of Boothe v. State Farm, 616 So.2d 871 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1993), in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this day, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed equally between State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company and Marcia Richmond. AFFIRMED.
