Dewayne Elliott COLLIER v. STATE of Florida
PER CURIAM.
Based upon our decision in Tomblin v. State, 616 So.2d 1209 (Fla. 2d DCA 1993), filed this same day, we reverse Mr. Collier’s conviction for grand theft.
