Kirtley v. State

PER CURIAM. We affirm appellant’s convictions and the finding that he was in violation of the conditions of community control. However, we remand for resentencing using the original guideline scoresheet. See Harris v. State, 574 So.2d 1211 (Fla.2d DCA 1991). At resentencing the guideline range may be increased by one cell due to the violation of community control. RYDER, A.C.J., and PATTERSON and ALTENBERND, JJ., concur.
