KENNEDY, Justice.
The summary judgment in favor of Met-fuel, Inc., is due to be reversed on the authority of Louisiana Well Service, Inc. v. Metfuel, Inc., 614 So.2d 1039 (Ala.1993).
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
