PER CURIAM.
The defense of laches was established below. See Hoffman v. Foley, 541 So.2d 145 (Fla. 3d DCA 1989); Wing v. Wing, 464 So.2d 1342 (Fla. 1st DCA 1985). Accordingly, we reverse and remand with directions to enter judgment in favor of the appellant.
