STATE of Florida v. Mark S. THELLMAN
DANAHY, Acting Chief Judge.
In accordance with our decision in State v. Saylor, 625 So.2d 907 (Fla. 2d DCA 1993), we answer the certified question in the negative, reverse the order of suppression, and remand for further proceedings.
