PER CURIAM. We reverse the appellant’s judgment and sentence for trafficking in metamphetamine and remand with directions that the appellant be discharged. See Allen v. State, 622 So.2d 526 (Fla. 2d DCA 1993). THREADGILL, Acting C.J., and PATTERSON and ALTENBERND, JJ., concur.
