LABORDE, Judge. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed at appellant’s cost. See Hillman v. Akins, 614 So.2d 234 (La.App. 3 Cir.), writ granted, 618 So.2d 396 (La.1993), affirmed, 631 So.2d 1 (La.1994). AFFIRMED.
