PER CURIAM.
We treat this petition for writ of mandamus as a notice of appeal, reverse-the trial court’s order and remand with direction to reschedule the clerk’s sale. See Administration of Veteran’s Affairs v. Bertsche, 574 So.2d 320 (Fla. 4th DCA 1991), and cases cited therein.
