The STATE of Florida v. Steven Andrew NEWSOME
Upon consideration of the suggestion of death, the proceedings in this Court and the trial court are permanently abated. See Parker v. State, 530 So.2d 1084 (Fla. 3d DCA
[966] 1988). The opinion dated February 22,1994, is vacated.
