Lacy v. State

After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court McMillan, judge. Based on the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Lacy, 639 So.2d 951 (Ala.1993), the trial court’s judgment is due to be reversed and the cause remanded to the trial court and that court is ordered to grant the appellant a new trial. REVERSED AND REMANDED. All Judges concur.
