After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court McMILLAN, Judge. Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Harwell, 639 So.2d 1335 (Ala.1993), the trial court’s judgment is due to be reversed and the cause remanded to the trial court. REVERSED AND REMANDED. All Judges concur.
