Larry Douglas Childers v. State.
AFTER REMAND FROM ALABAMA SUPREME COURT
BOWEN, Presiding Judge.
As directed by the Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Childers, 640 So.2d 16 (Ala.1994), the appellant’s conviction is reversed and this cause is remanded for new trial.
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
All Judges concur.
