ORDERED that appellees’ motion to dismiss appeal is granted and this non-final appeal from the Circuit Court for Dade County, Florida, is hereby dismissed. Weiss v. Trust Under Will of Pollak, 595 So.2d 1035 (Fla. 3d DCA), review denied, 606 So.2d 1167 (Fla.1992).
