Anderson v. State

PER CURIAM. We reverse the order of restitution on the authority of Burch v. State, 617 So.2d 846 (Fla. 4th DCA 1993). We affirm the habitual offender sentence on the authority of Herrington v. State, 622 So.2d 1339 (Fla. 4th DCA 1993), rev. granted, 632 So.2d 1026 (Fla.1994). As to the remaining issue, we also affirm. WARNER, POLEN and FARMER, JJ., concur.
