For the reasons assigned in Succession of Woodrow Wilson Melton (La.App. 3rd Cir.1994); 649 So.2d 759, the judgment of the trial court is reversed in part, affirmed in part and remanded for further proceedings consistent with that opinion. [766] Costs are to be paid one-half (⅜) by each party. REVERSED IN PART; AFFIRMED IN PART; AND, REMANDED.
