Gilbert v. State

PER CURIAM. We review an appeal from Gilbert’s conviction and sentence for possession of cocaine. We affirm on all issues raised by appellant except one. We vacate that portion of the trial court’s sentencing order revoking Gilbert’s driver’s license and remand for further proceedings in accordance with section 322.055, Florida Statutes and Vinyard v. State, 586 So.2d 1301 (Fla. 2d DCA 1991). ERVIN, MINER and WOLF, JJ., concur.
