AFTER REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA TAYLOR, Presiding Judge. In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Stinson v. State, 669 So.2d 1010 (Ala.1995), the judgment in this case is affirmed. AFFIRMED. All the Judges concur.
