Bonaparte v. State

PER CURIAM: We affirm appellant’s convictions for three counts of first degree murder. We reverse the attempted first degree murder conviction and remand for re-trial on the authority of State v. Gray, 654 So.2d 552 (Fla.1995). See also Tape v. State, 661 So.2d 1287 (Fla. 4th DCA 1995); Harris v. State, 658 So.2d 1226 (Fla. DCA 1995). [113] Affirmed in part, reversed in part and remanded.
