Patrick Thomas BELL v. The STATE of Florida
PER CURIAM.
Without reciting the facts of this horrific series of separate aggravated batteries, we affirm the departure sentence of 270 years in prison. See §§ 921.001(5), (7), 921.0016(3), Fla. Stat. (1995); Newton v. State, 603 So.2d 558 (Fla. 4th DCA 1992).
