State v. T.D.W.

PER CURIAM. We reverse the order granting defendant’s motion to suppress. Under the totality of the circumstances, the officer had probable cause to arrest the defendant. See Walker v. State, 636 So.2d 583 (Fla. 2d DCA 1994). Reversed.
