ON MOTION FOR CLARIFICATION PER CURIAM. We grant appellant’s motion for clarification, withdraw the opinion filed on September 4,1996 and substitute the following opinion in its place. AFFIRMED. See Producers Supply, Inc. v. Harz, 149 Fla. 594, 6 So.2d 375 (1942). Our affirmance is without prejudice, however, to the appellants raising the issue of forum non conveniens in Pinellas County. DELL, WARNER and GROSS, JJ., concur.
