ERVIN, Judge.
We affirm that portion of the final order in which the judge of compensation claims (JCC) denied benefits to appellant/cross-ap-pellee, Steven Cohen. We reverse that portion of the order in which the JCC deemed Cohen’s accident compensable, pursuant to North River Insurance Co. v. Wuelling, 683 So.2d 1090 (Fla. 1st DCA 1996).
REVERSED and REMANDED.
