PER CURIAM. After reviewing the plaintiffs’ complaint and taking the material allegations as true, we find that the trial court properly dismissed the complaint with prejudice for failure to state a cause of action. Kutner v. Kalish, 173 So.2d 763 (Fla. 3d DCA), cert. denied, 183 So.2d 210 (Fla.1965); Pickard v. Maritime Holdings Corp., 161 So.2d 239 (Fla. 3d DCA 1964). Affirmed.
