Naidus v. State

PER CURIAM. We affirm appellant’s conviction and sentence. We remand to the trial court with directions to either strike the imposition of restitution, or to grant appellant an eviden-tiary hearing to determine ability to pay. See Filmare v. State, 656 So.2d 535 (Fla. 4th DCA 1995). AFFIRMED; REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS. GUNTHER and SHAHOOD, JJ., and RAMIREZ, JUAN, Jr., Associate Judge, concur.
