State v. Voltaire

PER CURIAM. We originally accepted jurisdiction to review Voltaire v. State, 697 So.2d 1002 (Fla. 4th DCA 1997), based upon conflict jurisdiction. See art. V, § 3(b)(3), Fla. Const. After further consideration, we have determined that jurisdiction was improvidently granted. [1383] Accordingly, this case is hereby dismissed. It is so ordered.
