[1253] ON MOTION FOR SUMMARY REVERSAL PER CURIAM. We grant appellant’s motion for summary-reversal and summarily reverse and remand for further proceedings in accord with State v. Butler, 23 Fla. L. Weekly D2187, 719 So.2d 344 (Fla. 4th DCA 1998). WARNER, POLEN and FARMER, JJ., concur.
