STATE of Florida v. Arthur HOFFMAN
PER CURIAM.
Viewing the evidence on the motion to suppress in the light most favorable to sustaining the trial court, the order granting the motion to suppress is affirmed. State v. R.M., 696 So.2d 449 (Fla. 4th DCA 1997).
