McDaniel v. Crabtree Industrial Waste, Inc.

After Remand from the Supreme Court PER CURIAM. This court’s prior judgment has been reversed and the cause remanded by the Alabama Supreme Court. Ex parte Crabtree Industrial Waste, Inc., 728 So.2d 155 (Ala.1998). On remand to this court, and in compliance with the Supreme Court’s opinion, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. AFFIRMED. All the judges concur.
