Randy GASKINS, a/k/a Kervin Givens v. STATE of Florida
PER CURIAM.
Appellant, Randy Gaskins, appeals the revocation of his community control. Our review of the record satisfies us that the state failed to prove either of the charged violations by competent non-hearsay evidence.
[757] Accordingly, we reverse the order revoking community control. See E.C. v. State, 675 So.2d 192 (Fla. 4th DCA 1996); Arnold v. State, 497 So.2d 1356 (Fla. 4th DCA 1986).
REVERSED.
