Curtis GARDENER v. The STATE of Florida
PER CURIAM.
Upon the determination that, after remand, the trial court adhered to our decision in Gardener v. State, 685 So.2d 1025 (Fla. 3d DCA 1997) in all respects, the order below denying further post-conviction relief is affirmed.
